The official cutoff for jEE mains is released on the month of April. So you have to wait for official cutoff. After official results are released then only cutoff is known to all categories. Then if you cross the cutoff marks of your respective category then only you are eligible for jEE advance exam .
If you qualify the jEE advance exam then only you are eligible for IITS.
If you to calculate the rank use this formula:
Rank=(total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students)).here the number of students is 874469.
