This tym I m also going to give my marks sheet to CBSE if there is some marks to be increased they definitely will and from my research in this case I came to know thís tym it is lenicy

It is not definite. Be it any exam/subject improvement you cannot be guaranteed for marks increase. If you are well prepared and confident about your preparation then you should choose for improvement.
