Do pgi people convert sponsored seats to general seats if no sponsored candidate qualify?

Hi,Aspirant
As per government Norms Reservations for any particular category will not be converted into any other Reservation cagegory.Suppose you are general Category students and if Seats remain Vaccant for OBC or Sc candidate then you will not get admission in those seats as per Government reservation Norms,those seats are remain Vaccant.and i don't think Sponsored seats in PGI Will be converted into General Seats.
