Kindly mention the college name or the coaching name so that we could provide you the details of the courses and exams offered by the college or coaching.
Also, if you want to appear for judicial then you have to qualify your 12th first as there is requirement of 45% minimum for general and 40% minimum for reservation category students. There is no age limit.
You can appear for CLAT which is a national level law entrance exam to get admission at any college which accepts CLAT for admission. Not every college accepts it as they have their own entrance tests which are state level or at their college level.
You can go for any level which you feel suitable and comfortable .to you
