Do the seats distributed through mop up round by the central universities deserve higher fee than all India quota seats?

hi kanuri,
there's nothing like that. mop round has nothing to do with fees. mop round is to finish off distribution of the last few seats left vacant . government colleges have low fees structure anyway and that applies for all state and central government medical colleges.
