do they(SRMJEEE) have some seats reservation for phase- 1 and 2 ? Or like one appearing in phase -1 get the avaibility of all seats and one in phase-2 gets the remaining seats...??

Let me help you with the procedure followed during counselling rounds for seat distribution and allocation-

First the entire number of seats which are available for admission are put up in round 1 and the students with the highest ranks in decreasing order fill up those seats and the rest remaining of the seats get transferred to round 2 for admission. So, basically there is no reservation of seats in two different rounds but only the left over seats in the previous rounds get transferred to the next counselling round.
