Hi dear,
You didn't mention the name of the college for which you want to get the details about.
And secondly , you can do diploma after 10th itself.
If you have spent 2 years in +1 and +2 and have given jee too, it is better to take admission in b.tech cse course rather than a diploma.
Please provide complete details for better response.
