Certain students obtain very high marks or rank thus they are awarded some fee waivers; ie, scholarship. If you fall into that then you have to choose that option in your application

Fee waiver is in which person dont need to pay fees i.e. some amount . You can fill yes and will help you in your studies if you are eligible.

This depends upon the university how much family income is required this you need to contact university, what are their eligibilty criteria for fee waiver.
