Do undergraduate college matters in admission for MBA ? If yes then what is the preference order of Btech college ?

Not really, yeah but performance in undergraduate college does play a role in your selection. In todays date at IIM/XLRI/FMS , you find equals number of graduates from IIT, NIT as well as top private institutions and state universities.
Reason why the selection of IIT/NIT/BITS graduates are higher at IIMs, its because most of them have good IQ levels and aptitudes and perform quite well in CAT in the first couple of tries itself.
