According to the eligibility criteria of JEE Main, you must have passed class XII with a minimum of 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam. Also, NTA has removed the age limit criteria. You can read about the JEE Main 2019 eligibility criteria from the link given below:

The eligibility criteria for taking the JEE mains exam does not state any minimum percentage of marks required in Class 10th boards. It only requires you to pass in your 12th or equivalent qualifying exam to appear in JEE mains exam. Hence, you can appear for JEE Mains even jf you scored less than 75% marks in 10th boards.
