I would like to inform you that as far as I know, we have not ye received any confirmation for NTA about JEE Mains to register for the next level. If at all any notification has been issued by them, it will first be updated on their website after which we can confirm as to what comes in the next level.

If you mean JEE advanced 2020, the candidates who have qualified JEE main 2020 are eligible to appear for JEE advanced.After the declaration of results for April session the cut off will be announced and if you have scored the cut off marks you need to register for JEE advanced by checking if you have scored the minimum cut off marks.You will be given time to register for JEE advanced.The registrations may start from May 2, 2020.Only those who have qualified JEE main can register for JEE advanced.You will not be informed by NTA.
If you're asking about JEE main April session the registration will start from February 7, 2020.You need to login by using your user id and password.You will not be informed by NTA.
Are you talking about JEE Advanced or JEE mains April session? If your question lies between above one then I am clarifying you that there will be Cutoff of JEE MAINS only for JEE advanced you will have to take an idea by yourself and if it's a question for JEE mains April session so , it's depend upon you if you want to give this exam then you can give there is not any level up for this.
