No there is no separate reservation for this category which you have mentioned.
There are only OBC; ST ; SC; PWD and general category.

The reservation percentage of categories for admission under JEE Main reservation are as follows:
It is 27% for OBC, 15% for SC and 7.5% for SC and 3% for PwD candidates.
So I would suggest you to please check if BC Muslim falls under any one of the above category there for reservation.
