Do we have to write manually the declaration of lieu for obc ncl by looking the format and then we have to click photo and then upload it? please tell

Dear Aspirant,
Declaration of lieu is a written proof by the candidate and guardian that the applicant belongs to OBC-NCL category in central list of caste based reservation under Government of India.
So, you will have to provide the details as per the given format, paste your passport size photograph along with your signature and then upload it on the site.
