do we need to apply to each and every college on their specific website, or JosAA is enough ?

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be responsible for  admission into NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and IITs to eligible candidates on the basis of JEE main and JEE advanced exams. A student do not need to fill forms for each college separately. The student will be given choice to select college of choice after successful registration of JoSAA.

See if you want to apply for any of the NITs/IITs/IIITs then you have to just apply through JOSAA no college accepts direct admission. For JOSAA participating institutes you have to apply only through JOSAA but if you want for other institutes which are not registered then you have to apply directly to the college.
