Not necessarily. But it would be good if you take colour print of hall ticket. So, better to take a colour print.

*No there is no restriction in taking colour print of mat hallticket .
Candidates are advised not to put mehendi -or any cosmetic color on their hands as it may cause error while doing digital finger print scan recording on the exam day
