Do we want any experience to become a judge .If yes ,then how much experience we have to become a judge?

Hello student ,

Yes you need experience to become a judge .First of to become a judge of supreme court you need to do practice as an advocate of a high court or of two or more such courts in succession for at least 10 years  or you should be distinguished jurist in the opinion of President of India .

For hight court  - You should have held a judicial office in India for 10 years or has experienced for 10 years practice as an advocate in a high court .

For district court - You must be appointed by the governor after consultation of Chief justice of high court or minimum 7 years of experience as an advocate.
