Here is the list of documents that you need to when applying for JEE Main 2021

• Scanned recent photograph
• Candidate’s signature
• duly verified result awaited attestation form ( in case if you are applying in the qualifying exam in the year 2021)
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS )
• PwD certificate (if applicable)

The following are the steps to fill the application form

Step 1: Register online using your email ID and phone number

Step 2: Fill the application form

Step 3: Upload the documents

Step 4: Payment of application fee

Keep 4-5 photo copies of the confirmation page after the final submission. The last date to apply is January 16, 2021 and the last dates to pay the application fee is January 17, 2021.
