India doesn't fall under EU Nation and so you need to first get an approval to go to UK and study there. This means the UK Immigration office has to approve your student visa. The visa depends upon the study programme you have chosen. There are primarily 3 types of UK Student visa Categories namely Short term study visa, Tier 4 Child student Visa and Tier 4 General student visa. For the type of Visa that you have been selected for the documents differ. But in general, the documents are;
- A valid Passport or a valid travel document
- Proof of your financial capability that you can fund your stay and studies there
- Details of your stay and study plan
- Medical Reports
- Academic Transcripts
- Score of IELTS/TOEFL, etc
