Yes, you can give the CAT exam after the completion of 10+3(diploma degree) but you have scored at least 50% in graduation.

Yes,You can write cat exam after 3 years of engineering only
There is no age limit to write cat exam
He/she should obtain 50%of marks in bachelor degree or equivalent certificate
Reservation category student have extra 5% relaxation in marks
He/she should be in final year of degree or completed
