Does 12 Board is considered after graduation for govt. jobs or private.I mean they check percentage ot anything else?

It depends, there are many jobs in govt and private sectors where only passing percentage is considered but there are many jobs where minimum percentage criteria still exist but at the end the skill you are going to develop in your graduation matters alot. Minimum 60 % in 12th is considered as an standard criteria. Best of luck.

12th percentage is used as criteria that after securing a minimum of this much percentage you are eligible to fill the form for a post in government sector and even for private jobs some companies make an eligibility criteria that above a particular percentage students can sit in their interviews.
