No , address in Aadhaar card doesn't matter and it will not affect your state counselling, state counselling just depends on whether you are the domicile of that particular state or not . In some states it's compulsory to complete your education from that particular state as well to be eligible for its state counselling. So , you really don't need to worry about address in your aadhar card at all.
