Yes, all candidates who achieve above the cutoff score of NTSE qualify for the second stage of NTSE 2019 which will be conducted on May 12, 2019.

State Council Of Educational Research and Training (SCERT)/ Directorate of Government Examination (DGE) of all States and UTs will declare the NTSE cutoff 2019 stage 1 category wise.
NTSE Cutoff is the minimum marks a candidate need to score to qualify for the Stage 2 exam of NTSE exam. So, if any candidate's score is more than the cutoff, he/she will qualify for Stage 2.
NTSE Cutoff will be released along with the result in the months of January- March 2019.
