U don't need 16 years education for applying in Australia.

Graduation from any discipline then 1 year from Australia.

For MBA you need atleast 16 year of education i.e. 4 year education after class 12 .

Moreover , good colleges demand work experience and a good ILETS score . So, it would be better if you reappear for the exam .

Most business schools demand work experience of 2-5 years for admission to their management courses. The work experience, of course, depends on the course you want to pursue.

Before responding to your query, would like to know few other details-

1> Have you shortlisted any Australian college/ institute? If not, would suggest you do the same.

2> Have you appeared for GRE / GMAT exam?

3> When do you want to start your course? Which semester/session?

In Australia, not all MBA institutes ask for GMAT scores but some do for admitting students in their business management programmes. Band 6 would be fine, provided you have scored nothing less than 5.5 or 6 in respective sections of IELTS . However, you need to check the requirement of the individual business schools.
