Yes BITSAT does accept BBOSE as its accepted by both cental and state govt.

Hello Satyam,
BBOSE is a valid board and is accepted at Central and state level. Therefore I don't think there would be any problem.
BITSAT doesn't solely depends upon your 12th marks. You have to appear for the entrance exam for the program you have chosen. So both counts.
