Bunking is not allowed in any college but it is followed by students and rather practiced by them when they don't want to attend the classes or have some other work to do.
It should not be practices intentionally as it is going to hamper your studies and attendance policy specifies 75% attendance must thus, it is going to result in strict measures from the college authorities.
