does CET gives us medical rankings..Iam getting mixed answers...

No dear. CET examination don't give you any medical rank. It's give you engineering, Pharmacy, law rank but not medical rank. If you want to take admission in medical then you can give NEET examination. Which national eligibility cum entrance test. After qualifying you can get rank which is for medical college.
