CLAT is conducted only in English language. You must download and solve as many sample papers or previous years question papers as possible for better practice. These will make you familiar with the exam pattern and marking scheme followed in the exam. You'd also get to know the types of questions asked in the exam. You can download them from the link below:

Clat paper comes in English Language Only. Application is available online and will be available till 31st March 2019.
If General/OBC : then for all gender it is Rs 4000
for SC/ST: it is Rs 3500 (for all gender)
