No, it will not change, eligibility criteria to be eligible for Neet 2020 is still the same. To be eligible for Neet a student from general Category needs to have a minimum of 50% aggregate at least in pcb in their 12th board examination while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st category. Also candidates must be at least 17 years old by 31st December, 2020 in order to be eligible for Neet.
