Does getting last qualified rank in obc in jee advance is good and which IIT we can get?

No getting the last qualified rank won't help. You have to get a rank great enough to defeat your competitors from getting admission before you in the best preferred branch.
And with the last qualified rank you won't be able to get admitted to the IITs, so aim for better rank.
