Does government medical college require birth certificate... As my birth certificate is lost... What should i do?

The birth certificate is required as proof of the date of birth. Most institutions accept the class 10th/SSC certificate as well.

However, to get a duplicate birth certificate, you will have to submit an application at the municipal corporation, ward, or gram panchayat office where the birth was registered.
