Does IIM offer ug courses in Maharashtra?

All the IIMs across India offer postgraduate courses. They offer Master's degree to the students and can be joined only after graduation. There is no admissions for UG courses. But, IIM Indore has started an integrated five year course, for which you just need to pass 12th. Complete class 12th and join the integrated program if you want.
