Its not sure that you will get government college. Its totally depends on placements and companies which comes fpr recruitment. For government job you will have to give certain exams.

Getting a job primarily depends on one's skills. Ofcourse being in a government college you will have a higher chance of getting a government job but there's no 100% assurance to it. If at all you acquire all the skills and meet the requirements you'll definitely get a government job.

It definitely doesn't assure government job but ues government jobs are majorly offered at Government hospitals and colleges under BAMs.
This varies from college to college.
Usually government colleges have lot of tie ups with Governments hospital and hence recruitment is focussed on that extensively.
