Hello student admission in MBBS course is through Neet entrance examination only so you need to appear in Neet entrance examination and secure a good marks/rank to get admission.
You need to clear the eligibility criteria of NEET entrance examination otherwise there's no weightage of class 12 percentage.
NEET eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.
