The percentile you mentioned that is 45 is not enough to qulaify for jee advanced amd neither enough to get a seat in any NIITs or IIITs or GFTIs. The expected cutoff of jee main is 85 percentile. And to get a seat in NITs you have to score more than 96 percentile. You can improve your score. By appearing in april session. Hope it helps.
