Jai Hind College, Mumbai doesn't have a naval wing NCC but it does have an NCC Air Wing Unit in its building itself, 1 Mah Air Sqn. Though you can join Naval Wing NCC in Mumbai at various colleges having Naval NCC wing and you can enquire about NCC at Mumbai B Group Headquarters Building located at Churchgate, besides Session Court, Mumbai.

There aren't many colleges in Mumbai with the naval wing, you'll have to go to the NCC office to get a list of colleges with the naval unit.
