Does jee mains marks affect the branch of engineering i can enrol into?

ive got air 19343 in jee mains 2019 ,can i get admission into the computer science and engineering branch of nirma university ahmedabad ?

well, ofcourse your JEE main marks affect the branch you can enroll into. You JEE mains marks affect your mains rank which eventually will decide the branch you will be be getting in a specific college.
