If you are really passionate about some social topic or if you have any creation of your own then go for it. Along with college you can do it. And once you do it because you have something creative then you will gain subscribers and you will find your place in the world of youtube. But don't do just because it is fun or to earn anything. You will earn if your art is deserving and then you will have no limit but make sure you have time and flexible schedule. Dont be demotivated because of any loss of subscribers or you don't get recognition etc. All the best
