Hello,
There is no doubt that m.tech increases the job and salary as compared to b.tech. B.tech is an undergraduate course where m.tech is postgraduate course both have different duties and talent to be performed.
If you wants to do m.tech than it is compulsory to do b.tech first.
After m.tech your job scope increases.

Dear Shubham,
Yes, they are the maximum case in which M.tech sale much more as compare to B.tech.
They are the reason why M.tech need an extra two years after completing B.tech.
You get two-year extra knowledge + B.tech. If you complete M.tech you have always an advantage of two years as compare to B.tech student.
