Hii,

NIOS also includes practical examination along with theory examination in class 10. Practical exams are held prior than theory exams. You can check NIOS syllabus to know about the practical and theory syllabus of class 10 exams.

some of nios secondary subjects has theory paper as well as practical paper. subjects like science, painting, data entry operations has practical papers. you may follow the below link to know about course structure.
