Does nit issue a particular format for income certificate?

Hello,
No such format is mentioned by josaa for nits,iits or other gftis . The only thing required is the income certificate and ITR(Income Tax Return) which they ask for.
So no format is given , it is just to be stamped by the authority in charge of it.
