No, they do not test themselves but please read this carefully that you should have your medical certificate of disability from a recognized doctor or medical team. There you must be examined by the doctors and report should be written on the certificate notifying everything.

At the time of admission you will given a form, you will just fill according to their requirements, and there is nothing as test in campus.

Nothing like this has ever happened, such as taking exams on disabled people. You only have to mention your impairment in the form at the time of submission, and whatever they require from you at the time is all you have to do; there is no disability test in college.
