does omr machine reject omr if the box are not filled properly but bubbles are filled correctly?

Hello dear
No if you filled the bubbles correctly than it will not reject as omr machine checks the bubbles only not the box filled . But sometime you write correct in box and filled wrong in bubbles than it show errror and it can by alter manually in computer easily. Hope you get what I am saying .
