Application Id is something which means the certificate is still in process and it might either be approved or rejected. In that case, it is not valid. You need a valid Caste Certificate if you want to claim the reservation benefits of your reservation that you mentioned in the NEET application form. Unfortunately an Application Id doesnt work and its not considered valid.
