Yes, outing is allowed in the Sri Krishna Devaraya girls hostel for all students but once in weekend and you should come back to hostel by 7pm and will allowed to go out after having conversation and permission from your parents.
And in week days you are allowed to go to your classes and come to your hostel by 7pm.
