Does pgcet ranking includes any caste

Based on the merit and priority of options the first phase of allotment begins. The computer will first allot the seats in the following order:

1. Special Category (Physically Disabled and Ex-Defence)
2. All eligible candidates, including all Special Categories (This includes all castes)
3. Order of Allotment is  a) ME / M.Tech / M.Arch) b) MCA Lateral Entry c) MCA 1st year d) MBA

While allotting the seats in the 1st Phase at any stage of PGCET 2018 counselling , the seat allotted if any, will automatically get cancelled upon allotment of a seat in the subsequent discipline and such cancelled seat will be considered for allotment of a seat in the next iteration
