Does PSU still come in NITs for on campus placement?

There were few controversial issues in the past years against PSUs and other banks who visit colleges for on campus placement to recruit students.So, mostly PSUs are not recruiting through campus placements.However, the recruitment is based on GATE score, Group discussion and Personal Interview.PSUs also conduct their own examination to recruit those without GATE score.
