Does qualifications percentage matter when getting admission in pusa delhi or mumbai ihm Or i just have to qualify their rank requirement ?

It Does matter but not in height weightage . The minimum is 50% and english should be one of the subjects . If you score really good in entrance examination then you will get your desired college.
