Placements here are average, and almost 90% of the students get placed in the batch. The average salary package offered for BLP is from 8-9 LPA, and for HRLP, it is 6-7 LPA. Many companies visit this college, and most of them are startups. Almost 90% of the students get an internship from college with a good stipend. If you don't have any constraints for an organization, then you can end up getting good placements.

The SOIL is the place where you can grow personally and professionally. The companies even come more. It is not like a consultant agency, the students have to work and crack the opportunity which college gives. The same pattern is for internship too. Some of the people will get placed through pre-placement offer given by the internship organizations.
