EWS reservation is the brain child of the Central Government and it is being implemented at National level for all Academic and Employment purposes. So if you are eligible for EWS reservation and you have claimed it during the application filling and entrance exam if any, you will get a seat under EWS Category. There is no difference whether it is a State University or a Central University. This reservation applies across all Universities.
