does the eligibility criteria for taking courses varies or the college criteria like. I wanted to take bsc microbiology. and I do have to search college which offers microbiology. so the college admission cut off varies or course varies?.

The eligibility criteria varies from college to college and also for different courses the criteria is different.For bsc in microbiology some colleges have cut off based on +2 merit usually you should have minimum percentage of 50% but for taking seat you have to score higher percentage than 50% so that your admission takes place easily and others have their entrance exams and the admission will be based on your entrance exam performance and +2 minimum percentage.The entrance exams  for bsc in microbiology are
